Classes are fun and the more you practice the flow of yoga, the more you will feel the flow connecting between your mind, body and soul.   All classes are all levels however, if you are newly starting a fitness routine or have an injury it is recommended you check with your physician first!

Be sure to come 10 minutes early for your first class to review any questions, concerns and of course tips to make sure you have a fun time!

Mats and eye pillows are provided if you need them.
